Our Journey

Dhruv and Pravesh met at Harvard Business School at a Macroeconomics class taught by Huw Pill, the chief economist of Bank of England.
They shared a love for markets and bonded over a more value-oriented approach to assessing and investing in businesses. More importantly, there was cultural alignment in values and a shared desire for entrepreneurship.
Three years out of business school, the opportunity presented itself as they noticed that the macroeconomic history they learnt at HBS is rhyming in India as it embarks on its own S-curve of economic growth and maturity seen in developed markets decades ago.
They recognized that portfolios of large institutional investors remain largely under-allocated to India, given its outsized contribution to global growth over the next 10-20 years.
Thus, they chose to quit their Wall Street jobs and co-founded FourLion Capital to be custodians of global investor capital that wants to underwrite the Indian story.
